Booking

We recommend booking at least 2-4 hours in advance for local trips and 24 hours for outstation trips. However, we also aim to accommodate last-minute requests based on driver availability.
Yes, we offer multi-day bookings for outstation trips and corporate requirements. Contact us to discuss your specific needs and get a customized quote.
We aim to provide services across Bangalore including South Bangalore, North Bangalore, East Bangalore, West Bangalore, Noida, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Greater Noida, and surrounding areas.
Pricing & Payment
The prices listed on our website are indicative and may vary based on distance, time, route, and specific requirements. 18% GST is applicable on all services. The final fare will be confirmed at the time of booking.
We accept Cash, UPI, and Online bank transfers. Payment is typically collected after the trip is completed.
Additional charges such as toll fees, parking fees, interstate permits, and fuel costs (for outstation trips) are borne by the customer. These are not included in the base fare.
Driver & Safety
Yes, our drivers undergo a verification process that includes driving license verification, PAN card verification, and background checks as part of our hiring process. Every assigned driver shares their PAN Card and Driving License details with you before the trip.

Cancellation & Refund
Yes, you can cancel your booking before the driver departs for your location at no charge. Cancellations after the driver has departed may attract a nominal cancellation fee. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
If you have made an advance payment and the booking is cancelled before driver departure (or cancelled by us), a full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
If the driver arrives and the customer is unavailable or unreachable for more than 30 minutes, the booking may be treated as a cancellation with applicable charges.

We aim to provide round-the-clock availability, but service is subject to driver availability. We recommend booking in advance, especially for late-night or early-morning requests.
Your vehicle must have a valid Registration Certificate (RC), comprehensive insurance, and sufficient fuel. The vehicle should be in roadworthy condition. We may decline service if the vehicle does not meet basic safety standards.
