Before Driver Departure: You may cancel your booking at no charge if the assigned driver has not yet departed for your location. Please inform us as early as possible via phone call or WhatsApp at +91 80 4722 0000.
After Driver Departure: If you cancel after the driver has already departed for your location, a nominal cancellation fee may apply to cover the driver's travel costs.
During the Trip: If you wish to end the trip early, you will be charged for the time and distance already covered, plus any applicable fees.

If we cancel a booking, no charges will be applied. We will aim to arrange an alternative driver where possible.
Advance Payments: If you have made any advance payment and the booking is cancelled (either by you before driver departure, or by us), a full refund will be processed.
Refund Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.
Partial Refunds: In cases where the service was partially completed, refunds will be calculated based on the actual service used versus the amount paid.
If the driver arrives at the pickup location and the customer is not available or unreachable for more than 30 minutes, the booking may be treated as a cancellation. A waiting charge and cancellation fee may apply.
If you have any concerns about charges or wish to dispute a fee, please contact us within 7 days of the service date. We will review your case and aim to resolve it fairly.
